ok, for the explanation. the college's name is UNIC (i made the hammock out of those letters.) in portugues, the word for network is "rede" which is the same name they use for hammocks. so consequently, there is a computer in a "network" ( the literal translation for the course's name "computacao em rede" ) so anyway, that is where lies the humor of the graphic. sidenote: this art isn't done yet...i need to work on getting the computer to look like it is actually "in" the hammock. color selection is still on the to-do list. whoever is reading this is very welcome to give critiques. feel free to diss my work ;)

that networking design
like i had said at the end of my last post, i got a little job design a shirt for a computer networking course for a local college class. the students had an idea they wanted me to work with and this is what i came up with...

Is the XD going to read XP? Can you put a linux penguin in the rede?
XD is a smiley. like :P, ;), or :D. hum, i am not sure they work with linux. they just wanted a computer with a "cara de mala" the XD could very well end up being :P.

I dont have any suggestions.. maybe not make those two things in the "rede" so different in color, so they dont stick out more then then should...
